We made it! Tomorrow is the official last day of school and as I sit here packing up the room, I keep thinking about all the great times that were had in this classroom. I just want to say thank you again for making this year more than memorable for me. Thank you for the generous cards, gifts, etc. I feel very blessed to have been a part of these children’s lives. If anyone has pictures from the graduation ceremony and in the media center after, could you please email them to me at Egray@stamfordct.gov. Thank you!
Please keep in touch!
Below is an end of the year video I made for the class. Please check it out!
As we near the last day of school, I would like to reflect on this past year. You have all been so supportive and I can’t thank you enough. I am asking that when you get a moment, please fill out the form below to help me grow as an educator.
Thanks in advance!
Today during our literacy block, students broke into various stations. One station, the “fun” station, was to play the classic game, Oregon Trail! Students have been working so diligently on the Westward Expansion the past few weeks, I thought it was be fun to actually pretend we were pioneers on the trail. Below is the link to the game if students want to play at home.
Thanks and have a great night.
Today, we were all Native Americans! When the students came back from lunch the room was transformed. Desks and tables were upside down and we were in Fort Mandan!
Each station had a different task. Please click on my QR code website link to see the stations from today’s lesson.
